Do you repair roofs in winter?
Yes. Leaks and storm damage are fixed year-round with cold-weather materials. Bigger jobs we schedule for spring or summer.
My roof is old šīferis. Is that dangerous?
Slate made before 1990 often contains asbestos. It’s safe while intact, so don’t drill or break it yourself. We replace damaged sheets with asbestos-free fibre cement and handle the old ones properly.
Do I need a whole new roof?
Usually not. Most leaks come from flashing, seams, screws or a few broken pieces. We tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense.
Can you match tiles on an older building?
Yes. For historic buildings in Rīga we source matching or restoration tiles where heritage rules require it.
Do you work for housing associations?
Yes. We invoice private clients, companies and apartment owners’ associations, with photos and a written defect report.
How fast is the price?
