What changes the price
Why your roof may cost more or less than the starting price.
- Size
- Flashing is priced per metre, slate and flat roofs per square metre. A bigger area costs more.
- Height and access
- A tall house, a steep slope or nowhere to put a ladder can mean extra equipment.
- What’s underneath
- Rotten boards only show once the covering is opened. That is why we look first: so the price doesn’t change later.
- Materials
- Matching old tiles or timber for a protected building costs more than standard materials.
- Old asbestos slate
- Old sheets have to be taken off whole and handled properly.

Call or WhatsApp. From photos you usually get a first price the same day.
Free inspection
We look at the roof itself. The exact price comes within 24 hours.
Written agreement
A fixed price and a date, in writing. The price doesn’t change once we’ve started.
Repair and invoice
We fix it and clear up. The invoice is the quote.
Questions about prices
Why “from”?
Because no two roofs are the same. The starting price is the usual small job. Yours may be exactly that, or bigger, and you’ll know which before we start.
Can I get a price without anyone coming out?
Often, yes. Send photos on WhatsApp: one of the roof from the ground and one of the problem inside. Many repairs can be priced from that the same day.
Can the price go up once you’ve started?
No. The price is written into the agreement, and the quote is the invoice.
What does a whole new roof cost?
We only do repairs, so we don’t price new roofs. Most leaks don’t need one. If yours really does, we’ll tell you honestly.
Do you invoice companies and housing associations?
Yes. Private clients, companies and apartment owners’ associations, with photos and a written defect report.
